The first session with a new client involves an hour of preparation and research (reviewing your responses to a coaching questionnaire) and two hours of consultation and coaching. So the fee for the first session is $750 USD –one hour of questionnaire review and prep, and two hours of one-on-one coaching or consultation.  Subsequent coaching sessions or follow up are $250 USD per hour.

You can also get a package which includes one hour of prep and 4 hours to be used however you wish for $1,000 (a savings of $250). Usually my clients find that they get more benefit out of multiple sessions.
